Where buying online means buying in Canada! No cross-border broker fees, high duty taxes, or volatile exchange rates! We use the courier service that provides the best, fastest, most cost-effective shipping for your address, including UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and Fedex.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Your order will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days upon receiving your order. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will contact you to let you know. You will be notified by email of any scuba gear or snorkel gear that are on backorder with an estimated time of delivery. You may decide to wait for the backorder items, delete them from your order, or have them shipped separately. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information so that you can follow your package right through until delivery at your door. If you sign up for an account with us, you can log in at any time to see past orders or obtain tracking info.
RUSH ORDERS:
In a hurry to get your items? Let us know. There is a place on the order page to include a message with your order. Let us know if you need it by a certain date and we will let you know if there will be any issues or if rush shipping will be required.
DAMAGED GOODS:
While we strive to ensure all goods are received by you in good working condition, it is inevitable that damage may occur during the shipping process. Your patience and understanding are appreciated in these situations. Please report by email to us any goods that are received in a damaged or poor working condition within seven days from the receipt of your order. In order to assess whether repair or replacement will be required, you may be required to ship the goods back at our expense for further investigation. We will do our best to ensure a timely resolution to any problems that may occur.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Items may be returned for a refund (less shipping) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please include a note or copy of your order that includes your name, phone number, and email address as well as instructions regarding refund or exchange. Ship by mail or courier to Edmonton address. A restocking fee may apply to select items such as tanks, weight and Garmin products.
*Return Policy for purchases made during the holiday season (November/December) will be extended to January 15th or 30 days, whichever is longer
Shipping costs to return items will be at the customers expense. Packages undeliverable and returned may be refunded in full, less the 2-way shipping expense. Orders that qualified for free shipping that are returned in their entirety for any reason may incur an administrative fee. Orders that are processed with "Sezzle" that are returned in their entirety may incur a 6% administrative fee that is charged by "Sezzle" in addition to the shipping fees previously mentioned.

Applies to select items on the first exchange. Includes shipping the item back to our warehouse and shipping the exchanged item back to you. Does not apply to items being returned for refund. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
The products you see on our website are products that we regularly stock in our store. We don't stock or show every product available with the brands that we promote and sell, but we can usually order them in on a "Special Order" basis. Because these products are not normally stocked in our store, there may be a restocking fee applied to those particular items if they are returned for refund. Contact us by email or phone if there is a product you'd like us to order in for you and we can quote you a price and let you know if any restocking fees would apply to the item.
SHIPPING RATES:
Free Shipping: For orders of $150 or more (before taxes), shipping will be free to anywhere in Canada. Exclusions: For rural areas, Northern Canada, and the Maritimes, customers will be responsible for the portion of the shipping costs that exceed $25 (before taxes). You will be notified prior to shipping if this applies to you. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping that are returned in their entirety may incur an administrative fee to cover the original shipping fees.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Your order of scuba gear or snorkel gear will normally be shipped from Edmonton, Alberta by UPS, Purolator, Fedex, Canpar, or Canada Post Expedited Parcel. We use the courier service that provides the best, fastest, most cost-effective shipping for your address. You will receive an email with your tracking number information that can be used to track your order on the courier's website. All orders will require a signature at time of delivery or pick-up from the post office. Please watch your mailbox for pick-up instructions if you are not available to receive your shipment.

We do not record or keep your credit card information electronically or in hard copy. Your credit card information is processed through highly reputable and secure systems. Any applicable GST or HST will be added to the order based on the delivery destination. PST is not applicable. Our CRA GST Registration number is 861168268.
