New Product Review: Tovatec Fusion Dive Lights
Released earlier this year. The Tovatec Fusion lights come in 3 strengths 260 lumen, 530 lumen and 1000 lumen. Each light is made with CREE LED bulbs and Aircraft grade aluminum providing a lightweight yet strong housing. Depth rated to 100 meters each light has a magnetic slide switch with 3 power levels and an emergency strobe setting.
The unique features that sets these lights apart is the Slide zoom head allowing the beam angle to adjust from 12 degrees to 100 degrees, making it the perfect light for both night diving and underwater camera lighting. The second key feature is the versatile battery options as each light includes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a carrier to to AA or AAA batteries in the light.
Our testers favorite in the series is the Fusion 530. It's small and easy for travel with a 3 hour burn time. The 530's brightness is perfect for diving in the tropics both daytime and night. This light was also rated as the ScubaLab 2016 tester's choice.
